Because SoftPulse Technologies provides specialized enterprise software, digital tool licenses, and custom deployment services, our refund policy is structured as follows:

Defective or Incompatible Deliverables: If you experience a technical failure or severe defect preventing software activation, our engineering team will work directly with you to resolve the issue or provide a verified replacement license.

Digital Products & Software Licenses: Due to the digital nature of software downloads, license keys, and forensic tool suites (such as enterprise software and digital forensic packages), all sales of downloadable or digitally provisioned licenses are final and non-refundable once issued.

Enterprise Deployments & Custom Services: Refund requests for custom implementations, enterprise consulting, or milestone-based services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the terms specified in your individual service level agreement (SLA) or contract.
